Oxbow Animal Health, a Campana Brand, needed a modern website that could support their SEO goals and provide a seamless experience for small pet owners. Their previous CMS was outdated and limiting, so Jollity designed and developed a fully customized website that not only enhanced their digital presence but also introduced interactive features to better serve their audience.

Our goal was to create an engaging, intuitive platform that functioned like an e-commerce site while directing visitors to Oxbow’s store locator. We developed a robust product catalog, an interactive ingredient glossary, and a store locator tool to ensure customers could easily find and learn about Oxbow’s offerings. Additionally, we incorporated gated content to provide exclusive resources for specific audiences.
A Hybrid E-Commerce Experience
While Oxbow doesn’t sell directly online, their website needed to function like an e-commerce store—displaying products in an organized and user-friendly manner. We built a custom product catalog that allows visitors to browse by category, filter by animal species, and view auto-updating product feeds on species-specific pages. Instead of a checkout process, customers are seamlessly guided to Oxbow’s custom-built store locator to find retailers near them.
Ingredient Glossary for Small Pet Owners
Education is a key part of Oxbow’s brand, and their new website includes an interactive ingredient glossary to help pet owners make informed decisions. Tied directly into the product catalog, the glossary allows users to search and filter ingredients, view detailed descriptions, and see which products contain them. Oxbow can easily manage and update ingredients through a user-friendly back-end system.
Intuitive Store Locator for Global Access
To ensure customers can find Oxbow products with ease, we developed a store locator that allows visitors to search and filter through domestic, international, and online-only vendors. Users can choose to view results on an interactive map or browse a structured list of online retailers, making it simple to find the best purchasing option.
