The plan is flexible and changes throughout the year depending on your organization's priorities and marketing goals.

We also handle last-minute requests within your retainer, like adding/removing team members and adding new portfolio entries. Send us an email, and we do the rest.

We approach account management a little bit different than other agencies (and better, we think). While you have a primary contact, all of our email communication, meeting recordings, project management and meeting notes on the back-end are shared across our team. If your primary contact is out, you don't have to wait. Another awesome, experienced member of our team will seamlessly step in and keep work moving for you.
