Building a Dynamic Resource Library for STEM Education
Jollity had the privilege of partnering once again with Beyond100K, an organization committed to addressing the STEM teacher shortage and increasing diversity in STEM education. This time, the mission was to create a Resource Library, consolidating years of scattered resources into one cohesive, accessible, and user-friendly hub.

Overview
Over time, Beyond100K’s resources had become spread across multiple microsites, making it difficult for their audience to find what they needed. The client’s goal was to unify everything into a single subdomain that felt seamless with their main site while still optimizing performance for heavy asset load.
To achieve this, Jollity led a comprehensive reorganization process. We worked side-by-side with Beyond100K to rebuild their resource structure from the ground up, introducing a brand-new taxonomy system that simplified tags, categories, and layouts. The result is a streamlined hub that feels familiar in design but vastly improved in usability.
A Powerful Filtering System
We implemented an advanced filtering and search system that allows visitors to quickly find what they’re looking for. Users can filter by resource type, themes, topics, tags, or year—or search directly for a specific item by keyword.
AI-Powered Chatbot
Keeping pace with the latest technology, we integrated an AI chatbot to guide users in discovering relevant resources. This feature makes it easy for visitors to ask questions in plain language and instantly be directed to the right content.
Gated Content Functionality
For select research papers, we introduced a gated content system. Visitors are prompted to complete a form before downloading, ensuring Beyond100K gains valuable insights into their audience. This empowers their team to tailor content and improve the overall user experience.

The new Resource Library brings Beyond100K’s mission into sharper focus and stands as a testament to Jollity’s collaborative planning, thoughtful design, and intricate development.
