Creating A Refreshed Nonprofit Website with An Advanced Backend Portal

As an organization dedicated to helping Colorado-based nonprofits through fiscal sponsorship and operational support, CNDC needed a digital platform that not only represented their refreshed brand but also provided secure, user-friendly resources for their internal team, board members, and project partners.

This project was all about functionality and accessibility. Waypoint Collective created a stunning, well-structured design, and Jollity brought it to life with an intuitive interface, a secure login system, and a custom-built resource hub. We developed a back-end that CNDC’s team can manage with ease, ensuring they have full control over their digital content. The final result? A sophisticated, modern website that streamlines operations and enhances nonprofit collaboration.
Custom Portals for Stakeholders
CNDC serves a wide range of stakeholders, which meant their website needed secure and customized access portals. We developed:
- A secure user login interface featuring a searchable database with downloadable files, hyperlinks, and more.
- A self-managed back-end, allowing CNDC’s team to update and manage content effortlessly.
- Content tracking capabilities, giving CNDC insights into which resources are being used most frequently.
- A customized training guidebook, complete with screencast tutorials, so their team can confidently update and maintain the website.
A Collaborative & Insightful Development Process
One of the standout aspects of this project was the seamless collaboration between CNDC, Waypoint Collective, and Jollity. We implemented feedback in real time, ensuring that the website evolved efficiently with CNDC’s needs. This was the first project where our development team used Markup.io for direct client collaboration, resulting in an insightful and smooth workflow. The CNDC team was thrilled with the outcome, particularly the intuitive Partner and Board Portals that will help them better support their nonprofit partners.
