Trade Show Booth Design for a Cybersecurity Platform Transforming the Microsoft 365 Security Landscape
CloudCapsule came to us with a clear goal: create a trade show booth that stands out in a crowded venue, conveys their value proposition, and reflects their sleek, digital brand. Working within specific dimensions and unique design space, we delivered a bold visual system that made a lasting impression and helped turn foot traffic into real engagement.

Overview
CloudCapsule provides IT and security solutions tailored to Microsoft products. For an upcoming trade show, they needed booth graphics that built on their existing dark-toned brand identity while capturing attention quickly. With seconds to make an impact, we focused on clean design, strategic messaging, and brand consistency to get their story across fast.
Balancing Boldness and Brevity
Tradeshow success often comes down to a glance—and CloudCapsule’s booth needed to do a lot within its 10’x10’ footprint. We collaborated with their booth vendor to build accurate mockups, mapping graphics to the exact booth dimensions to ensure optimal placement of key elements:
- Multiple strategic logo placements for high visibility from a distance
- QR code for lead generation & data capture via CloudCapsule website
- Concise checklist of services targeted towards their primary audience
- Visual continuity with website through strategic use of hexagonal styles
Visual interest was further enhanced by the back-lit LED of the booth panels and wall mounted digital display for product demos and additional branding. By leaning into bold colors and high contrast elements, we created a look that was as sharp and tech-forward as the company itself.
Outcomes
The final booth design struck the right balance between attention-grabbing and informative. It served as a continuation of CloudCapsule’s brand while acting as a standalone introduction to new audiences. The result was a trade show experience filled with compliments, conversations, and measurable success. The booth didn’t just look good—it performed.
